Courses
As a resilience trainer, I offer courses, trainings, and short retreats grounded in compassion and mindfulness. The practice focuses on the body, breath, and mind. Learning to relax the body, calm the breath, and focus the mind provides a solid foundation for the practice and everyday life.
I also give talks on topics such as gratitude, acceptance, letting go, and metta (lovingkindness). With Myriam Rudaz, I have led mindfulness-based resilience trainings and published papers on caring for bliss and genuine happiness—core themes of our training.
